We are happy to offer a 15-day return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep items (Including the invoice) in a packet and address it to : Solasta Jewellery, Madhusudan house, Beside Rajhans Imperia, Ring Rd, near Golden Plaza, Surat, Gujarat 395002
- Product packages will be picked up by our courier partner.
- All items that are returned should be in their original condition with the packaging intact
- All items returned by customers with the tags intact will be given a 100% refund
- All items returned by customers without the tags intact will be given 80% refund.
- Any loss on merchandise that are damaged in transit while being delivered by Solasta, will be borne by Solasta
- If your order arrives damaged through shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it, by writing to us at info@solastajewellery.com along with a photo of the damaged product
The refund will be initiated and processed within 14 days of the return.
Note: Bespoke pieces cannot be returned; in case of a damage while transit/ size issue, we will exchange/rectify it.
